Quality Assurance Engineer

AI startup in the construction tech space. The company’s product analyzes architectural plans and performs complex data transformations, enabling clients to manage three times more projects with the same resources.

The company raised a significant pre-seed round, and the product is already live with paying customers, including major players. Within three months, it generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue.

Located in Tel Aviv near the light rail, operating a hybrid model with two days from home. The company has dozens of employees.

Role overview-

• Report to the Head of Development
• Act as the QA focal point for the Israel site (currently 2 manual engineers on-site and 1 automation engineer remotely abroad)
• Own End-to-End manual testing, including UI and some API testing, with emphasis on UI and complex feature scenarios
• Build testing plans for team members abroad
• Opportunity to grow into QA management, move into automation, or even transition toward Product Management

Requirements-

• 2+ years of experience in software QA.
• A strong recommendation from a former manager (or management level colleague).
• Excellent English communication skills
• A hard-working, detail-oriented approach to testing a product.
• Ready to work in a fast paced startup environment
• Proven ability of a strong sense of ownership.
