🔎 We’re Hiring | Technical Support Team Lead (In-house Help Desk)

A large, stable organization is looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to manage and lead an in-house IT support team, with a direct impact on user experience across the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the technical support team (people management)

• Onboard, mentor, and support team members

• Ensure SLA compliance and continuous service improvement

• Analyze reports, identify trends, and optimize support processes

• Work closely with internal stakeholders

• Manage cross-organizational support initiatives and projects

Requirements (must-have):

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Team Lead / Help Desk Team Lead

• Hands-on experience managing a support team (not only technical leadership)

• Strong technical understanding of IT systems

• High proficiency in Excel and data analysis

• Excellent communication and people skills

📍 Location: Petah Tikva
