What You’ll Do
● Lead technical demos and product deep-dives during sales cycles and for paying
customers post-sale
● Act as the technical bridge between customers and R&D, performing initial
investigations of customer-reported issues
● Provide occasional Tier 3 support for complex or escalated cases
● Own and implement customer-facing analytics tools, including configuring Apache
Superset connected directly to our datalake
● Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into
scalable solutions
● Help shape technical processes and best practices in a small, fast-moving team
What We’re Looking For
Required
● 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer,
Technical Consultant, etc.)
● Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort working across data, APIs, and
integrations
● Experience implementing or configuring BI / analytics tools (e.g., Superset, Looker,
Tableau)
● Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
● Ability to thrive in a startup environment with broad responsibilities
