Senior Solutions Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Be the technical lead for demos, product deep-dives, and POCs during sales cycles.
• Remain the customer's single technical point of contact from signed contract through go-live
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and R&D, performing initial investigations of customer-reported issues
• Provide occasional Tier 3 support for complex or escalated cases
• Own and implement customer-facing analytics tools, including configuring Apache Superset connected directly to our datalake
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
• Help shape technical processes and best practices in a small, fast-moving team

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, etc.)
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort working across data, APIs, and integrations
• Experience implementing or configuring BI / analytics tools (e.g., Superset, Looker, Tableau)
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with broad responsibilities
