About the Role

For a fast-growing global technology company developing a SaaS product, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement team and lead procurement activities and vendor engagements, with a strong focus on SaaS and Cloud vendors.

The role includes full end-to-end ownership of vendor management – both technology and non-technology suppliers – from initial business need definition, through commercial negotiations, cost optimization, new engagements and renewals, to contract execution and ongoing vendor management.

The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders locally and globally, as well as direct engagement with vendors at a global level.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the procurement process end-to-end, from business requirement definition through contract execution and ongoing vendor management
• Lead technology procurement activities for SaaS & Cloud vendors, including new engagements and renewals
• Manage additional procurement categories, including service providers, projects, events, and more
• Conduct commercial negotiations with global vendors, including pricing, commercial terms, and commercial aspects of contractual terms (T&Cs)
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, R&D, Product, Marketing, HR and others
• Manage day-to-day procurement processes using the company’s procurement system (ZIP)
• Track and monitor contracts, renewals, and commercial commitments

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technology procurement, with a focus on SaaS & Cloud
• Strong procurement instinct and commercial negotiation mindset
• Experience working with global vendors
• Proven high execution capability, hands-on approach, and ability to operate independently
• Fluent English (written, spoken, and reading), including the ability to conduct negotiations in English

• Experience with SaaS management platforms (e.g., Zylo, Torii or similar)
