About GoMake
GoMake is on a mission to modernise the printing industry with AI‑driven quoting and workflow optimization. Our software accelerates estimates, streamlines production and boosts profitability for print service providers. As we expand across Europe and the US, we need driven sales talent to build relationships and open new doors.
The Role
This position is primarily a sales development role. You will focus on identifying, engaging and qualifying prospects, with the goal of creating a strong pipeline for our Account Executives. While you’ll occasionally interface with marketing to ensure messaging consistency, your core responsibility is sales execution in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new business: Research target accounts, map decision makers and reach out via email, phone and professional networks to introduce GoMake’s value proposition.
- Qualify leads: Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ challenges around quoting, scheduling and profitability. Determine whether GoMake is a good fit and articulate the potential ROI.
- Schedule product demos: Secure meetings for the sales team with qualified leads, providing clear handover notes on pain points and desired outcomes.
- Maintain pipeline discipline: Record all activities in the CRM, track response and conversion metrics, and manage follow‑ups to ensure no opportunity is overlooked.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with our marketing team and company leadership to ensure outreach aligns with campaign themes and brand voice. Provide feedback from the field to inform future messaging. You may contribute to content initiatives by sharing customer insights, but content creation is not a primary responsibility.
- Continuously improve: Analyse your outreach approaches, test new tactics and share best practices with the team to refine our sales motion.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, business development or inside sales role (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can engage prospects professionally and persuasively.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach threads simultaneously.
- Driven by execution: you set clear activity goals and meet them consistently, thriving in an environment where speed and results matter.
- Comfortable collaborating with marketing, customer success and leadership to align on messaging and priorities.
- Eager to learn about the printing industry and how software solutions create value for customers.
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are advantageous.
