Junior Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst on our Tech team, you'll use your technical and analytical skills to uncover the story behind the numbers. You’ll contribute to the creation of advanced data sets, turn them into actionable insights, and help balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to drive innovative projects forward.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

● Establish technical solutions to simplify and structure data

● Collect and integrate data from multiple sources to support company goals

● Develop tools synced with our platform infrastructure

● Manage and build processes using big data

● Analyze outcomes to generate valuable insights

● Create clear and compelling data visualizations

● Continuously optimize technical solutions for data handling

Requirements:

● Entry-level Data Analyst (0–2 years of experience)

● Degree or diploma in Data Analysis or related field

● Fluent in English (written and verbal)

● Proficient in Python and SQL

● Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

● Experience working with tabular data

● Experience in data automation, cleansing, and modeling

● Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) – advantage

● Familiarity with FastAPI framework – advantage

● Experience with AWS – advantage

● Basic understanding of APIs and Git – advantage

● Strong communication skills for sharing findings across departments

● Passion for data, numbers, and storytelling through insights

● Curiosity and motivation to grow in the marketing industry

● Interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and their integration in the workplace
