We design our hardware in-house—from schematic to PCB, firmware to system validation—and we move fast from prototype to production. If you enjoy owning real hardware, debugging tough problems in the lab, and seeing your designs shipped, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll take ownership of the hardware design and validation of our motor driver and control systems. This role is hands-on and end-to-end: design, debug, test, improve, and support production

Responsibilities

• Design motor driver and control electronics, including:
• Schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer
• Thoughtful component selection (performance, availability, cost, reliability)
• Run electrical simulations using LTspice and/or PSpice
• Lead board bring-up and hardware debugging from first power-on
• Write and execute test plans covering:
• Board-level validation
• System-level validation
• Transition from prototype to mass production
• Perform hands-on lab testing using:
• Oscilloscopes, electronic loads, power meters, programmable power supplies
• Analyze and improve EMI/EMC performance
• Collaborate closely with firmware engineers working on STM32-based motor control
• Support production issues, failure analysis, and continuous hardware improvement
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in hardware or electrical engineering
• Strong experience with:
• PCB design and layout
• Power electronics and mixed-signal circuits
• Electrical circuit debugging and root-cause analysis
• Proficiency with Altium Designer
• Comfortable working independently and owning designs end-to-end
• Hands-on lab experience with professional measurement equipment
• Solid understanding of EMI sources and mitigation techniques
  
  

• Experience with motor control systems
• Experience testing motor drivers using a dynamometer (Dyno)
• Experience writing motor control firmware and implementing control algorithms
• Experience validating electrical systems (functional, stress, and edge-case testing)
• Familiarity with STM32 microcontrollers
