Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Hardware / Board Design Engineer, taking hands-on ownership of end-to-end printed circuit board (PCB) design, schematic capture, and layout supervision for next-generation cloud-connected security hardware.
• Architecting and developing complex Mixed-Signal electronic boards, integrating analog front-ends, high-speed digital processors, power distribution networks, and wireless/cloud communication interfaces.
• Executing advanced electrical simulations and circuit modeling to ensure signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), thermal performance, and compliance with strict regulatory standards.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Embedded Firmware, Software, Mechanical, and Operations teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration throughout the complete product lifecycle.
• Driving board bring-up, hardware debugging, design verification testing (DVT), and root-cause failure analysis in laboratory environments.
• Supporting the transition from rapid engineering prototypes into full-scale, cost-effective high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in Board Design and Circuit Development for complex Mixed-Signal systems – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record developing commercial products bridging Hardware and low-level Firmware/Software integration – Mandatory
• Extensive, hands-on experience with electronic simulation and circuit analysis tools (e.g., SPICE, Cadence, Altium, or equivalent toolchains) – Mandatory
• Fluent, professional-level English communication skills (written and spoken) – Mandatory
• Strong laboratory hands-on debugging skills using modern test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers) – Mandatory
