What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Team Lead within a SaaS organization.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a deep understanding of complex software lifecycles.
• Cloud-Native Expertise: Strong background in leading teams within AWS and Kubernetes environments, focusing on microservices and high-scale distributed systems.
• DevOps Mindset: Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development frameworks.
• Mentorship Track Record: A proven ability to grow junior and senior engineers into technical leaders.
• Strategic Agility: The ability to pivot between deep-dive technical problem-solving and high-level strategic planning.
