We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support a large-scale implementation project, combining PMO Cutover responsibilities with UAT support.
Temporary position – approx. 8 months.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and report on Cutover activities across all departments, ensuring alignment with the project timeline.
- Identify risks, delays, and deviations, and escalate key issues to project leadership.
- Coordinate resources and activities across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Conduct on-site visits to customer/manufacturing sites in Southern Israel (Be’er Sheva area).
- Manage Cutover risks, including maintaining risk logs and fallback plans.
- Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for PMO and Steering Committee.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Guide business users in selecting End-to-End (E2E) test scenarios.
- Support test script creation and refinement.
- Plan and manage the UAT schedule.
- Document test results and manage defects through resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management within IT / system implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Cutover activities and/or UAT processes.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Willingness to travel to sites in the Be’er Sheva area as part of the role.
- High level of English (written and spoken).
