YHM is scaling fast and building a serious sales engine around modern IT, device management, and security.
We’re looking for a hungry, sharp SDR who wants to build a real career in B2B technology sales by generating pipeline in the world of MDM and endpoint management.
This role focuses on opening high-quality sales conversations around device management, secure onboarding and offboarding, and modern IT operations.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to B2B, SMB, and Enterprise prospects facing device management and endpoint challenges
- Generate qualified meetings focused on MDM, endpoint management, and IT operations
- Research accounts and understand customer environments before outreach
- Run structured outbound activity via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Work closely with Account Managers to support deal progression
- Maintain clean, accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
- Learn YHM’s technology stack, with emphasis on MDM, endpoint management, SaaS, and security platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, SDR, or business development
- Strong interest in MDM, endpoint management, and modern IT environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High motivation, resilience, and comfort with targets and pressure
- Structured, goal-oriented mindset with strong self-discipline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Fluent Hebrew and strong English
Strong Advantage If You Have
- Exposure to MDM, endpoint management, or IT/security concepts
- Experience prospecting into IT, Ops, or Security teams
- Background in SaaS, MSPs, or integrator environments
