About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Manager expert to join us. This is a unique opportunity to grow with the company, take on meaningful responsibilities, and play a key role in shaping our operations as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize automated processes, primarily within HubSpot for clients.
• Build and maintain integrations between tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, and HubSpot.
• Analyze data and create operational reports to support both business and client decision-making.
• Document, streamline, and manage business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Provide hands-on support for internal and client projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.

• Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working with data.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot (or other CRM platforms) — Mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — Mandatory.
