About the role
FINQ is an AI-driven investment and pension platform transforming how people make financial decisions. As we scale globally, we’re hiring a User Acquisition Manager/Marketing Manager to join our small, fast-growing marketing team and report directly to the Head of Marketing Israel. This role will manage cross-market performance campaigns for both the Israeli and U.S. markets, driving user growth during FINQ’s breakout year. You’ll run high-budget campaigns, move fast, and play a central role in FINQ’s acquisition engine.
What you’ll do
- Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize large-scale paid campaigns across social, search, display, affiliates, influencers, and additional platforms (Facebook & Google Ads mandatory), consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Continuously analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, maximize revenue, and improve acquisition efficiency.
- Translate performance insights and data into clear action items.
- Initiate and implement improvements, testing frameworks, and creative solutions to scale activity.
- Respond quickly to changes in online marketing trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Work closely with creative teams to brief and optimize visually compelling marketing assets.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate content and campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance/campaign management.- Mandatory
- Proven experience managing high marketing budgets and delivering performance at scale.
- Excellent analytical skills and very strong Excel abilities.
- A curious, data-driven mindset with a passion for learning, testing, and optimizing based on KPIs.
- Deep understanding and experience with Facebook and Google Ads (mandatory).
- Academic degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or another analytical discipline.
- Excellent English (verbal & written).
- Highly organized, proactive, motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Passionate about the online marketing field and performance-driven growth.
- Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally across markets
