A fintech and legaltech startup developing a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers worldwide to manage equity distribution easily with just a few clicks.
The company is located in Tel Aviv, near public transportation, operates a hybrid work model, and was founded three years ago.
The company has completed a Seed round with a runway of 2.5–3 years, backed by leading investment funds and private investors.
The Role-
- Lead the frontend domain within the core team
- Design, develop, and implement frontend architecture
- Report to the Head of R&D
- Work on a cloud-based SaaS platform built with React, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality frontend solutions
Requirements-
- Bachelor’s degree from a university or graduate of elite military technology units – significant advantage
- 8 years of development experience – required
- Strong experience with React – required
- Experience with at least one of: Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript – required
- Previous experience in startups, SaaS companies, or other distinguished achievements – required
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) – required
- Experience as an Architect, Principal, Staff Engineer, or Frontend Lead – significant advantage
- Experience with Microservices – advantage
- Direct recruitment from military technology units is preferred (elite units)
