Marketing Operations Manager

We've built the operational and data infrastructure to take campaigns from click to call to job to revenue and know exactly what's working at every step.

The Role:

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll build the revenue-driving systems behind our operations - from ad click to lead capture to call routing to jobs booked. Automations, integrations, dashboards, follow-ups. Everything that connects marketing to revenue.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain automations across our core tools
• Connect systems using APIs and webhooks
• Set up monitoring, alerts and error handling
• Build dashboards and reporting
• Create AI tools to support the team
• Own and improve the automation stack end-to-end

Must Haves:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in automation, operations, or system integration
• Strong, practical experience with Make.com (this is key)
• Experience working with databases or structured data systems (Monday.com, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.)
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON and authentication tokens
• Strong problem-solving mindset - you enjoy debugging and improving flows
• Clear English communication and the ability to explain technical ideas simply
