Financial Planning Analyst

We’re Hiring: FP&A Analyst (Israel)

Location: Israel (office located next to the train station)

About the Role

We are looking to hire a hands-on FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Israel. This role will support financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis activities, and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning
• Analyze monthly financial results and explain variances versus budget and forecast
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business and strategic decisions
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc financial analyses
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights on revenue, costs, and profitability
• Partner with business teams to understand key performance drivers
• Support FP&A process improvements and reporting automation
• Participate in M&A and strategic initiatives, including financial analysis and Go / No-Go recommendations

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or planning tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of P&L and financial statements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Must be based in Israel
