The Role
We are looking for a visionary Art Director and Creative Lead to own the complete visual identity of the game. You will create the world, define the style, and bring it to life through 3D, motion, animation, and technical art.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the overall art direction and visual language
- Create immersive 3D environments, characters, and assets
- Design animations, motion, and real-time VFX
- Implement and optimize assets in the game engine
- Work closely with the CTO on pipelines and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Art Director, Lead Artist, or Senior Game Artist
- Strong 3D, animation, and motion design skills
- Technical Art experience (shaders, lighting, optimization)
- Ability to build complete worlds from scratch
- Passion for immersive visuals and creative innovation
