What You’ll Do:

Lead and coordinate the recruitment team for international programs in Israel

Recruit young adults from around the world for educational programs in Israel

Guide candidates through the full application process

Manage workflows, follow-ups, and processes using CRM systems and digital tools

Ensure team organization, alignment, and high-quality candidate experience

Make a real impact on expanding our global community

We’re Looking For:

Native-level English

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented

Ability to coordinate and manage a recruitment team

Strong digital skills and experience working with CRM systems

Background in recruitment, marketing, or sales — a plus

International experience or familiarity with Jewish communities — an advantage
