About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to become a foundational member of our engineering team and help build the future of AI-powered retail experiences. In this role, you will own core components of our platform and influence critical architectural decisions that shape the product vision and technical direction. Reporting directly to our CTO, you will lead the development of scalable, intelligent systems that power immersive real-world shopping environments, real-time product orchestration, and hyper-personalized customer interactions. You will work alongside top-tier AI, product, and design teams to create seamless, end-to-end experiences that merge physical stores, immersive visual layers, and AI agents into one fluid, next-generation retail ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
• Build dynamic front-end interfaces using React / Next.js and Angular and backend services with Node.js.
• Develop robust APIs and data pipelines that connect multiple services and systems.
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack web development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Next.js and React.
• Experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and agentic systems (AI-driven autonomous workflows) is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
• Understanding of modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
