Product Design Team Lead

Apomedical (IL) Ltd is hiring a Product Design Team Lead 🚀

We’re looking for a Design Leader who doesn’t just design screens, but shapes direction.

Someone who can lead a team, influence roadmaps, and work closely with Product and Engineering to build high quality products at scale.

What you will do:

• Lead multidisciplinary product designers & raise design quality

• Drive UX, interaction design, prototyping & design systems execution

• Partner with Product, Engineering & Research to shape direction

• Mentor designers to scale impact, speed & execution quality

• Influence product roadmaps through design-led initiatives

Mandatory requirements:

• 5+ yrs hands-on product design experience with product companies

• Experience leading/mentoring designers

• Strong design craft: UX, interaction, systems, prototyping

• Portfolio with real shipped product impact & improved user journeys

• Ability to balance team leadership + individual contribution
