We at SEO Simple are looking for a talented player to join us as a Customer Success Manager.

If you live and breathe the digital world, master SEO (link exchange is not SEO), and know how to manage high-level communication – we want you!

Job Type: Freelance (invoice), work from home, hourly-based.

What does the role include?

Ongoing management of client portfolios, current state analysis, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, producing reports and presentations as needed. Work environment: WINDOWS+NOTION+BOX.

Required qualifications:

• ✅ Preference for outstanding graduates of our Digital Marketing course.
• ✅ Proven experience of at least two years in customer success management.
• ✅ Excellent writing and articulation skills (Hebrew and English).
• ✅ Full proficiency in tools: Ahrefs, WebCEO, GSC.
• ✅ Full proficiency in Excel.
