Talent Acquisition Specialist

A leading global defense technology company based in Holon is expanding and looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team.

This is a hands-on role with full ownership of recruitment processes and close collaboration with hiring managers across the organization.

Hybrid work model – one day from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business and hiring needs.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in HR and people-related projects that support organizational growth and culture.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment and sourcing – must.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or a related field – must.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent English – must (native level is an advantage).
• Experience in employee relations or organizational HR – an advantage.
