This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data to inform decision-making, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role requires collaborating with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.

• Proven experience in Sales Management, including leading and mentoring a sales team.
• Strong skills in business development, client relations, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Experience with developing and executing sales strategies and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Data analysis skills to monitor sales performance, track progress, and optimize sales approaches.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales tools.
• Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
