SEO Manager

iFor Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Technical Strategy & Governance

• Own the Technical Roadmap: Lead the GEO/SEO strategy to drive measurable YoY growth and high-intent lead generation.
• Engineering Partnership: Translate SEO needs into clear tickets and technical specs for developers.
• Crawl & Indexing: Manage large-scale site architecture (sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization logic).
• Site Health: Own Core Web Vitals and establish "SEO Guardrails".

AI & Future-Search Optimization

• AEO & GEO Leadership: Execute strategies for Answer Engine Optimization, and Schema.org deployment to secure visibility in AI Overviews and LLM responses.
• Innovation: Conduct R&D on search trends, testing how LLMs cite sources and adapting accordingly.

Cross-Platform Organic Growth (Web & ASO)

• ASO Ecosystem Synergy: Ensure our web presence supports app discoverability and downloads.
• Unified Search Intent: Ensure keyword strategies capture high-intent traffic that drives conversions.

Advanced Analytics & Automation

• Data Integration: Build executive-level dashboards blending GA4 and GSC data to provide actionable insights.
• Forecasting: Provide monthly organic traffic and lead forecasts.

CMS & Plugin Architecture (WordPress)

• CMS Management: Oversee the technical health and performance of our WordPress environment, ensuring optimization for search speed and crawlability.
• Plugin Strategy: Evaluate and manage the SEO plugin ecosystem (e.g., schema, caching, image optimization).

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of proven success in international/technical SEO, specifically high-complexity sectors.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in JavaScript SEO, server-side rendering (SSR), and how modern frameworks (React/Next.js) impact search.
• Advanced Tools: Mastery of GSC, GA4, Semrush, and Ahrefs, plus "power-user" experience with Screaming Frog and log file analyzers.
• Entity SEO: Expert-level knowledge of Schema.org and structured data implementation to build brand authority.
• Experience with Edge SEO (Cloudflare Workers/Lambda@Edge)  - advantage
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering for content scaling and SEO testing - advantage
• Experience in managing SEO for multilingual/multi-regional domains - advantage
