We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative GEO & SEO Manager to own our website’s organic growth, visibility, and optimization. This role combines GEO, SEO, and webmaster responsibilities, with a focus on both driving traffic and increasing conversions.
You will work closely with developers, content creators, and the broader marketing team to ensure Papaya Global’s online presence is optimized for traditional search engines as well as AI-powered search platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
What You’ll Do
GEO & SEO Strategy
Own and lead the GEO/SEO roadmap to drive measurable growth in organic visibility and lead generation.
Develop and execute strategies for traditional SEO, entity optimization, structured data, and AI search visibility.
Stay ahead of search and AI trends, monitoring competitors and testing innovative techniques.
Conduct regular website audits (technical SEO, structured data, site health, speed, security) and oversee implementation with developers.
Web Management & Optimization
Manage and prioritize the marketing website roadmap, aligning development resources with business goals.
Ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user experience: keyword research, entity alignment, site structure, and content embedding.
Upload, publish, and manage content via WordPress (and other CMSes as needed).
Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to improve visitor-to-lead performance across Papaya website.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze KPIs including organic traffic growth, keyword/entity rankings, brand visibility, AI-search presence, and conversion metrics.
Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
Monitor share of visibility: brand mentions, query presence, and AI-overview inclusion.

Requirements:
3+ years of proven success in international SEO/technical SEO with measurable B2B impact.
Expertise in AEO/GEO (Answer Engine Optimization), entity SEO, structured data, and AI-driven search.
Strong experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, SemEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Solid data analysis and reporting skills (Excel/Sheets, BI tools).
Hands-on CMS experience (WordPress required; HubSpot and Salesforce are an advantage).
Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for staying ahead of SEO trends.
