Accountant

🔹 Accounting Manager | Group Finance | Haifa

A leading global public fintech company is looking for a talented and highly motivated Accounting Manager to join its Group Finance team in Haifa.

This is a high-impact role with strong exposure to global operations, senior stakeholders, and complex accounting matters, offering clear growth and leadership opportunities for the right candidate.

• Lead the Group’s monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes on a global scale

• Drive financial reporting in accordance with IFRS standards

• Act as the finance focal point for the establishment of new subsidiaries (tax, ERP, reporting, service providers)

• Manage external audits, reviewed financial statements, tax calculations, and non-audit reports

• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions

• Partner closely with subsidiaries and support local finance teams globally

• Serve as a business partner to cross-functional stakeholders affecting financial reporting

• Oversee core accounting areas: GL, AP, Capex, reconciliations, allocations, FX gains/losses

• Prepare and analyze budget vs. actuals, identify variances, and drive action plans

• Take an active role in ERP (NetSuite) implementation and optimization

• Support the implementation of new operations, regulations, and finance processes

• CPA – Big 4 alumni (audit / high-tech specialization)

• 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance

• Strong accounting knowledge with a solid business-oriented mindset

• Proven experience working under IFRS

• Experience in global / multinational environments

• Excellent English proficiency

• Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and attention to detail

• Highly organized, strong multitasker, and excellent time management skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams

• Experience with NetSuite ERP – an advantage

• Academic degree from a university – mandatory
