Full Stack Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to lead one of our core product teams. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people leadership. You will design and build products from scratch, support existing products, guide architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and work closely with Product to deliver high-impact features in short, iterative cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and testing of end-to-end SaaS features
• Own technical direction and quality standards for your team
• Actively contribute to backend and frontend codebases
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and DevOps to align delivery with business goals
• Drive best practices in system design, testing, and performance
• Mentor and grow senior engineers, fostering ownership and accountability
• Balance speed and scalability while managing technical debt

Requirements

• 3+ years leading teams of developers and QA
• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Formal education in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience designing services-based SaaS architectures
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP or AWS
• Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
• Solid frontend expertise with React and modern state management
• Strong experience with relational databases and APIs
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and CI/CD
• Ability to lead senior engineers in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in AdTech or a high-growth startup environment is a strong advantage
