Fans Legacy builds officially licensed kids’ toys for the world’s biggest football clubs — helping parents pass their passion to the next generation. We’re a seed-stage company with strong early traction, now focused on building repeatable, scalable growth.We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who lives in Ads Manager, thinks in funnels, and is obsessed with performance.This role reports directly to the CEO and is fully hands-on.What you’ll own
Performance & Growth (Primary)
- Own Meta Ads end-to-end: strategy, structure, testing, scaling (UGC, statics, creators)
- Be accountable for revenue, CAC, ROAS, and growth efficiency
- Hands-on execution — you will be inside Ads Manager regularly
- Expand and support additional paid channels (Google, TikTok)
- Turn creative and data into clear learnings and next actions
Creative Execution (Critical)
- Translate performance insights into clear creative briefs
- Work closely with creators, video editors, designers, and agencies
- Know what makes a winning hook, angle, and structure — even if you’re not the one editing
- Push for volume, speed, and iteration
Lifecycle, Retention & CRO
- Own Email & SMS (Klaviyo): flows, campaigns, segmentation
- Drive conversion rate optimization across the funnel: landing pages, PDPs, and checkout
- Identify friction points and opportunities using data (funnels, cohorts, A/B tests)
- Turn insights into fast tests — copy, structure, offers, and creative
What this role is not
- Not a brand-only or storytelling role
- Not a people-management role (no in-house team at this stage)
- Not a 9-to-5 corporate marketing job
This is a startup execution role with real ownership.
Who we’re looking for
Must-have
- Strong DTC performance marketing background
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Proven track record scaling paid acquisition profitably
- Experience working with creatives, agencies, and UGC
- Comfortable owning results, not just strategy
- High work ethic — hungry, driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Ads / TikTok Ads
- Consumer brands experience
- Kids, toys, gifting, or licensed products
- Marketplace / Amazon exposure
Hard no
- B2B-only background
- Corporate brand marketers without hands-on paid experience
- Candidates who haven’t executed performance themselves
