monday.com is looking for a User Acquisition Lead to join monday service and build our acquisition engine from scratch. This is a senior individual contributor role within a newly formed marketing organization dedicated exclusively to monday service.
You will be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
About The Role
- Own user acquisition for monday service end to end, from strategy to hands-on execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and additional channels
- Build and manage multi-touch acquisition funnels across the full user journey, from awareness to in-market and conversion
- Deeply analyze funnel performance, cohorts, and conversion metrics
- Turn complex data into clear insights that drive decision making and optimization
- Own reporting, experimentation frameworks, and performance narratives
- Partner closely with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging and funnel stages
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, targeting, and performance
- Build processes, playbooks, and measurement frameworks from scratch
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read funnels, understand numbers, and extract actionable insights
- Deep understanding of multi-touch funnels and lifecycle-based acquisition
- Experience working with complex datasets and performance metrics
- Experience in B2B SaaS, advantage for service management or enterprise products
- Builder mentality with high ownership and execution skills
- Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
