Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Hardware Engineer based in Yaqum. In this role, the Senior Hardware Engineer will design, develop, and test innovative hardware solutions for retail fuel and fleet management systems. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, creating circuit designs, conducting hardware validation, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including software and product management. The engineer will also contribute to improving processes, ensuring product quality, and working on large-scale hardware deployment projects.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in designing integrated analog, digital, RF and Power systems – mandatory
• Strong expertise in Hardware Design, Embedded Systems Design, and Circuit Design
• Write supporting documents as part of the design, e.g HSI, DR, bring-up & DVT
• Experience with processors, memories, and communications such as Ethernet, USB, serial types, I2C, SPI, wireless, cellular etc.- mandatory
• Practical and proven knowledge and experience in testing circuits and working with laboratory tools (Scope, Signal Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer) – mandatory
• Proficient in PCB Design, Schematic Capture, and Hardware Debugging
• Experience in IoT or industrial technology solutions is a plus
• Experience with compliance standards, such as EMC/EMI testing
• Knowledge of Microcontroller Programming and Embedded Hardware Development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields
