Business Process Engineering Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-organizational project, including implementing operational changes and developing new work methodologies

Map, document, improve, and implement cross-departmental processes throughout the organization

Collect, measure, and document data, produce deliverables, and implement new work methods

Combine process-oriented work with AI tools for process optimization, data analysis, content creation, implementation, and development of learning materials

Required Qualifications:

Experience analyzing cross-organizational processes

Experience working on cross-departmental process analysis, including internal interfaces with sales/service/operations centers

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)

Proficiency in process documentation and modeling tools (Visio, Draw.io, etc.)

Experience working with AI tools

Operational and technological orientation

Strong capacity for independent learning

Analytical and process-oriented thinking

Attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial organizations

Experience building/analyzing Excel reports or BI dashboards

Experience developing digital products
