We’re Hiring a PPC Manager Who Lives for Performance

If CTR, ROAS and CPA make your heart beat faster,

We’re looking for a PPC Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, who knows how to turn budgets into smart, scalable campaigns — and real results clients love.

What you’ll actually do:

• Build, manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Work closely with clients — understand their goals, present results and push performance forward
• Analyze data, run constant optimizations, and fix what’s not working (no fear, no ego)
• Think performance, funnels and creative — not just “launch and forget”

You must have:

• At least 2-4 years of real PPC experience (hands-on, not just a course)
• Strong, proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience working directly with clients and explaining data in a clear, confident way
• An analytical mindset, ownership mentality, and serious hunger for results

Big plus if you have:

• Experience in an advertising / performance agency
• Hands-on work with meaningful budgets and diverse clients
• Knowledge of GA4, funnels and CRO
• Experience with additional platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain)
