The platform is specifically designed to meet the needs of organizations seeking efficient, scalable solutions in the blockchain space.Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned, motivated, hands-on Sales Leader. The main objective of this role is to identify, create, and open doors to new business opportunities for a specific target audience: mid-sized financial institutions (such as EMIs, PSPs, OTC, Banks, and Fintechs) that have existing crypto activity or are currently entering the space.
You must have the proven ability to leverage an existing network to drive business activity and personally close complex deals.
Direct Reporting to the CEO
This is a key strategic position at CRYMBO. The Sales Director will report directly to the CEO to define the GTM strategy and accelerate the deal closure rate.
Key Responsibilities & Authority:
- Hands-On Sales: Full responsibility for executing the sale and managing the deal cycle end-to-end from opening the door to closing the contract.
- Opportunity Targeting (Primary Focus): Actively use an existing network of senior contacts to open doors and bring high-quality institutional leads within mid-sized financial entities ready for Web3 adoption.
- Strategy & Management: Work closely with the CEO to define the organizational GTM model for this cohort of Early Adopters.
- Business Acumen: Present complex solutions to C-Level executives, covering regulation, operations, and Web3 strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant Industry Network: A proven, active network with senior contacts at financial institutions (PSPs, Fintechs, EMIs, OTC, Banks) with demonstrated ability to open doors and bring opportunities immediately.
- Hands-On Experience: B2B sales experience (Enterprise Sales), with 2–5 years in Web3/Crypto Infrastructure or complex Compliance solutions—with a proven track record of personally executing the sale (Hands-On).
- Business Understanding: Deep understanding of the business needs of financial institutions related to regulation, the transition to On-chain, and Web3 operations.
- Communication Skills: Native-level English proficiency.
Location and Compensation:
- Location: Global location flexibility (preference for Tel Aviv/EMEA). Willingness to travel frequently internationally.
- Compensation: Highly competitive package (Base + Commission) adjusted for a senior role with performance-based incentives.
