Lead Full-stack developer

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python and React to join projects. This role combines active development with team leadership, technical decision-making, and close collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both as a hands-on engineer and as a people manager, ensuring high technical standards and smooth team delivery.

Requirements  

• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Python and React
• Strong knowledge of backend development with Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask)
• Solid experience with modern React, state management, and frontend best practices
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams
• Ability to perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and guide technical growth
• Experience working with Israeli clients or on projects for the Israeli market
• Good understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable solutions
• Strong communication skills and good English proficiency

Nice to have:

• Experience working with GIS
• Experience working with R shiny applications

Responsibilities  

• Actively contribute to hands-on development using Python and React
• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Take part in architectural decisions and ensure code quality and best practices
• Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and clients from the Israeli market
• Plan tasks, set priorities, and support timely delivery of features
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Support team growth, onboarding, and performance development
