Information Security Specialist

We’re Hiring a Hands-On Information Security Specialist at OMC

If you live and breathe infrastructure, have a deep understanding of systems, and know how to harden servers and services — this role is for you.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Hardening and approving every new service or infrastructure introduced in the organization
• Reviewing and implementing security standards (Linux, Windows, networks, cloud)
• Reviewing projects before delivery to customers
• Managing internal information security policies for endpoints, servers, and infrastructure
• Working with EDR tools, antivirus, SIEM systems, and more

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is hands-on — not just paperwork
• Isn’t afraid to dive into configurations, analyze traffic, and detect vulnerabilities
• Understands networks, servers, protocols, and firewalls
• Knows how to harden systems and build secure configurations from the ground up

Minimum requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Information Security / System Administration / DevOps
• Practical expertise in both Linux and Windows environments
• Deep understanding of networking: Routing, Switching, Firewalls
• Experience working with security solutions (EDR, AV, MFA, WAF)
• Ability to perform actual hardening and identify/remediate vulnerabilities
