What you'll do

• :Lead a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work
• .Set goals, plan, manage and mitigate risks, define tasks and manage timelines to execute a roadmap
• .Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring your team
• .Collaborate with other engineering teams across the R&D organization
• .Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers
• .Our stack includes Python, Typescript, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, SQS and Docker

Requirement

• s:2+ years experience as a Full Stack engineering team leade
• r.6+ years of experience as a full-stack develope
• r.Experience with a product engineering team supporting production customer-facing feature
• s.Extensive professional experience with advanced JavaScript, CSS, and Rea
• ctStrong communication and leadership abilities to effectively nurture and support team member
• s.Proficient in prioritization and resource trade-offs, ensuring optimal utilization for effective project managemen
• t.Superb team-player while having strong capabilities to work independentl
