Influencer & Content Campaign Manager

Mench is looking for an Influencer & Content Campaign Manager who lives and breathes social media, knows the influencer world from the inside, and can spot trends before they blow up.

About the role:

• Lead and manage influencer campaigns across all social platforms
• Work closely with talent agencies and talent managers
• Identify, recruit, and manage ongoing relationships with influencers
• Oversee video content and campaign-specific creative assets
• Monitor social media platforms daily and stay on top of emerging trends
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align content and messaging

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of the influencer and social media ecosystem – mandatory
• 1–2 previous roles in the industry – mandatory
• Strong familiarity with talent agents and influencer agencies – mandatory
• Hands-on understanding of trends, online discourse, and audience behavior
• Excellent organizational, management, and interpersonal communication skills
