Job Description:

• End-to-end responsibility for database management, from understanding and monitoring existing infrastructures and processes to developing PLSQL logic for business processes within CRM systems.
• Performance monitoring and optimization of queries, indexes, and database structures.
• Responsibility for high-quality development in accordance with strict standards, including performing code reviews.
• Partnership in solution design and technology selection together with the team lead, and active participation in status meetings and projects.
• Ongoing collaboration with development teams, system analysts, and QA teams.
• Monitoring production issues and performing root cause analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Oracle Database version 10 and above – mandatory.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in PLSQL development – mandatory.
• Significant experience in CRM systems development – strong advantage.
• Experience with GoldenGate – strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field – advantage.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps / Git / Jenkins – strong advantage.
• System-level thinking with strong business understanding and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-interface team environment.
