Lendigate | Full-Time

Lendigate is seeking an experienced CEO with a strong background in sales leadership and large-scale operations within the financial sector. The ideal candidate will drive the company’s strategic growth in the U.S. market while leading high-performing teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s strategic direction and oversee daily operations

• Manage and scale large sales teams, driving revenue growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the U.S. market

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business, product and operational goals

Requirements

• Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in financial services

• Strong background in managing sales organizations and large operational structures

• Native-level English proficiency

• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics; Master’s degree preferred

• Ability to work U.S. business hours

• Valid U.S. visa and availability for frequent travel

• Willingness to relocate to the U.S. in the future
