Campaign Manager

A leading, fast-paced advertising agency located in Ramat HaHayal is looking for a Junior/Senior Campaign Manager to join our dynamic in-house digital department.

If you have 3+ years of hands-on experience, a passion for data-driven results, and are ready to manage massive budgets and complex campaign ecosystems – your next professional home is waiting.

THE ROLE & IMPACT: This is an on-site, full-time opportunity to drive the success of some of the most intriguing clients in the market. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management across all business objectives:

• PPC campaign management and optimization (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Taboola, etc.).
• Focus on diverse goals: high-volume Lead Generation, Conversions, E-commerce, Traffic, and Branding.
• In-depth Web Analytics (analysis, reporting, and deriving action items).
• Creating and executing holistic digital marketing strategies.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-4+ years of demonstrable, hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Mandatory).
• Proven track record with large-scale budgets and complex account structures.
• Strong experience in Lead Generation and performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of Web Analytics tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency across multiple PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta, and experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, Taboola, etc.) is a significant advantage.
