We’re looking for a proactive sourcing professional to join an industrial organization in an 80% position.

The role focuses on identifying, approaching, and recruiting high-quality candidates by building and managing an effective talent pipeline.

You’ll be responsible for strengthening the company’s presence on social media, publishing job postings in a professional and targeted way, and driving sourcing efforts that reduce time-to-hire and improve overall recruitment quality.

This position offers full ownership of the candidate pipeline and the sourcing process up to the professional interview stage, with room for initiative, creativity, and market-driven thinking.
