Junior Community Relations Coordinator

About the position:

• Leading and advancing complex, multi-stakeholder processes involving multiple clients and external vendors
• Maintaining on-site presence through field work, project visits, and direct engagement with local communities and impacted stakeholders
• Participating in site meetings and cross-functional project team meetings
• Delivering trainings and maintaining ongoing communication with municipal service centers
• Handling and responding to public and stakeholder inquiries
• Planning, organizing, and producing public conferences and community events
• Conducting surveys and questionnaires among residents involved in project activities
• Creating and producing public communication materials regarding to the projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – required
• Experience in public communication, social projects, or non-profit organizations – an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
