About the position:

Leading and advancing complex, multi-stakeholder processes involving multiple clients and external vendors
Maintaining on-site presence through field work, project visits, and direct engagement with local communities and impacted stakeholders
Participating in site meetings and cross-functional project team meetings
Delivering trainings and maintaining ongoing communication with municipal service centers
Handling and responding to public and stakeholder inquiries
Planning, organizing, and producing public conferences and community events
Conducting surveys and questionnaires among residents involved in project activities
Creating and producing public communication materials regarding to the projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree – required
Experience in public communication, social projects, or non-profit organizations – an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
