This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee quality control processes, ensure adherence to quality management standards, and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quality audits, identifying areas for improvement, developing action plans, and ensuring high-quality output in all processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives while meeting stringent quality standards.

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure products and services meet specified standards.
• Experience in Quality Management practices, including designing and implementing quality improvement systems and strategies.
• Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for maintaining compliance and regulatory standards.
• Skills in conducting thorough Quality Audits to identify and address non-conformances and areas for improvement.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous quality enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams.
• Previous experience in quality assurance within the tech or AI industry is a plus.
