Sales Manager - U.S. Market

Lendigate is a fast-growing financial company specializing in corporate financing solutions for the U.S. market. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations.

• Lead all sales activities for the U.S. market and drive significant revenue growth

• Manage, mentor, and expand large sales teams of over 50 employees

• Develop and implement sales strategies that support the company’s objectives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key partners

• Work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize performance

• Represent the company in client meetings and industry events across the U.S.

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in financial services or related fields

• Demonstrated success in managing large, high-performing sales teams

• Strong background in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets

• Native-level English proficiency, both spoken and written

• Solid understanding of financial markets or corporate financing

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities

• Availability to work U.S. business hours

• Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel frequently, with willingness to relocate to the U.S. in the future
