we are looking for a full-time marketing automation manager to work on various subjects as a part of the marketing performance team that provides a service for E-commerce clients that want to improve their results and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clients' email marketing automation
• Develop business and marketing plans and strategies designed to increase user lifecycle, revenue growth, engagement and value of users.
• Analyze, monitor and optimize all activities based on key marketing and business KPIs.
• Work and collaborate with multiple departments and focal points, such as design, PPC and more to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
• Design and implement user lifecycles from ideation to execution with continuous testing, monitoring, analysis and optimizations where needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be detailed and Numbers oriented
• Creative thinking and creative approach
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, creative individual, Marketing passion
• Expert wrote and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to shift gears in a fast-paced environment are a must
• Experience working with an email service provider platform required MailChimp / Klaviyo / Flashy (Advantage)
• Knowledge with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager (Advantage)
• General marketing Background (Advantage)
