In this rol,e you will:

•⁠ ⁠Provide operational and relationship support to cross-border banking activities and client servicing.

•⁠ ⁠Help build and expand strategic relationships with financial institutions by supporting communication, follow-ups, and coordination of joint activities.

•⁠ ⁠Support delivery of international banking services, including payments, FX operations, and treasury coordination.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in identifying opportunities for collaboration by maintaining regular contact with partners and collecting relevant market intelligence.

•⁠ ⁠Support client onboarding and documentation processes with partner banks, including KYC/AML and compliance requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Help clients and internal stakeholders navigate operational aspects of correspondent banking and international financial processes.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor relevant regulatory and market updates, escalating key developments to relevant teams.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with brokers, partner banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant daily operations.

•⁠ ⁠Location: Israel. Fluent in Russian and English; Hebrew is a strong advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in Finance, Treasury, or Banking operations.

•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented approach.

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of international banking and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, due diligence).

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work well within a team, supporting senior staff and ensuring follow-through on operational tasks.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.

•⁠ ⁠Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with good time management.

•⁠ ⁠Relevant academic background – advantage
