CEO for an Established Financial Planning Agency

A long-standing financial planning and management agency, managing billions of shekels for thousands of clients, is seeking a CEO to take responsibility for ongoing management and to lead the company’s next phase of growth.

This represents a unique role for a leader who deeply understands business, regulation, and people management, and who wishes to join a professional and family-oriented "home" where impact is felt daily, not just in spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall Leadership: Leading the agency's activity at the business, operational, and organizational levels, with full responsibility for goals and results.

• Deep Learning: Rapidly and thoroughly studying the existing business model, target audiences, customer service approach, and the human dynamics within the team.

• Driving Change: Motivating and continuing change processes already underway, including improvements to organizational structure, work processes, and service protocols.

• Technological Transformation: Leading a technological transformation with a specific focus on implementing AI tools and systems into core business processes.

• Team Management: Managing, mentoring, and empowering a team of managers and veteran employees, maintaining a supportive, family-like culture alongside high professional standards.

• Owner Relations: Working closely with the founding owner, including ongoing reporting, expectation alignment, and a gradual transfer of managerial responsibility.

• Quality & Control: Constantly strengthening service quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risks, and controlling financial and pension processes.

Job Requirements

• Significant Experience: Proven experience as a CEO or Senior VP in a complex service organization-preferably in finance, insurance, or another highly regulated field.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services world for end-clients, or a proven ability to quickly learn and master a complex regulatory domain.

• Management Skills: Proven experience managing managers and multidisciplinary teams, including working with veteran employees and navigating an existing organizational culture.

• Family Business Acumen: High managerial capability within a family business context-managing close relationships, internal loyalties, and change processes with sensitivity and stability.

• Technological Orientation: Strong tech skills with experience leading technological projects and implementing new systems; experience with AI tools is a significant advantage.

• Financial Literacy: Solid financial understanding, including work with budgets, reports, KPIs, and ongoing performance control.

• Availability: Full-time position at the company’s offices in Tirat Carmel (no hybrid model).

Advantages

• Experience managing insurance agencies, wealth management firms, investment bodies, or financial institutions.

• Familiarity with Israeli regulation in insurance, pensions, and investments.
