Frontend Team Lead

About the Role:

Transmit Security is a top player in its game and is heading for an exciting year.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development of new and innovative SaaS products (from the backend to the front).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of software engineers working on the company's platform to unify and orchestrate Transmit’s abilities.
• Oversee SaaS production systems in mission-critical environments.
• Manage the technical backlog and advance the product to the next level.
• Work closely with product managers to continually improve the experience with the products.
• Promote your team's personal development and drive their progress.
• Identify and manage security risks and issues, ensuring all stakeholders deliver on time and meet required security and quality standards.
• Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives.
• Define and implement methodologies to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of our products.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior software engineer.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Web application stacks - React / Node.js.
• Proven ability to lead large cross projects from ideation to production 
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and a context-switching environment.
• Personal characteristics: Team player, fast learner, highly motivated, creative, value-driven, and willing to work in a demanding environment.
• Cybersecurity background is an advantage.

Nice to have:

• Experienced with development in Public Cloud environments: GCP/AWS.
