About Voice of the People (VoP):

Voice of the People is a presidential initiative launched by the President of Israel, in partnership with the World Zionist Organization and the Jewish Agency for Israel. The initiative brings together 150 Council Members- influential Jewish leaders, thinkers, and innovators from different backgrounds, who collaborate across teams to find solutions to the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing the Jewish people.

Through research, dialogue, and pilot projects, VoP turns collective insight into real-world impact, strengthening the connection between Jewish communities worldwide and shaping a shared Jewish future.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and dynamic Social Media & Content Manager to join our marketing team. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, crafting the stories, visuals, and conversations that bring the VoP community to life online.

The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how to capture a moment, and understands how to build engagement and community through thoughtful, high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

• Lead VoP’s social media presence across all platforms- from strategy to execution.
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals and events.
• Film, edit, and produce engaging short-form video content (reels, stories, etc.).
• Write clear, creative, and authentic English copy for posts, campaigns, and captions.
• Develop and manage community engagement strategies across social media platforms.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of VoP’s newsletters and blog posts- from drafting and editing content to coordinating visuals and publishing.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
• Collaborate with the VoP marketing team on campaigns and storytelling projects.
• Provide creative and technical support to VoP teams and council members as needed (e.g., social media guidance, content requests, or event materials).

Requirements:

• Native-level English – exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Hebrew Fluent
• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, organization, or community.
• Proven experience with video creation, filming, and editing (Reels/TikTok style).
• Proficiency with creative tools- Canva, Figma, CapCut/Adobe Suite (or similar).
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, analytics, and engagement tools.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of design and brand consistency.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.          
• Familiarity or interest in Jewish communal life or global community engagement – a plus.
• Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid)
• Start date: Immediate
